Delta Membrane Systems Limited a manufacturer and provider of specialist structural waterproofing solutions, covering Type A, Type B, and Type C waterproofing, damp proofing, basement drainage, flood resilience and ground gas protection.
We’re looking for experienced professional to join our Technical Team on a full-time basis, ideally 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, fully field based in London/South of England. Attendance at our Epping Head Office may be required when needed.
You’ll join a forward-thinking, design-led brand and help advance best practice across the waterproofing industry.
This is a fully field-based, face-to-face role. You will meet with installing contractors, architects, specifiers, and engineers to understand their needs and recommend practical solutions that support successful project outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will hold a CSSW qualification.
Core Competencies
- Conducting detailed site investigations for damp, basement waterproofing, flood resilience and ground gases.
- Generating clear, technically accurate survey reports and repair specifications.
- Preparing clear, technically accurate NBS Chorus specifications.
- Preparing CSSW reports.
- Ensuring all proposed structural waterproofing designs comply with British Standards, Approved Documents, health & safety regulations, local authorities and building regulations.
- Representing the company professionally, explaining solutions clearly to clients and customers.
- Work alongside architects and structural engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with waterproofing standards BS 8102, BS 8485, BS 85500.
- Delivering RIBA-approved CPD seminars on behalf of the company.
As a Technical Team member, you’ll:
- Attend qualified appointments and generate your own leads where possible.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and tailored quotations.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.
