Christoper Burbridge is a Waterproofing Design Specialist, with a wealth of experience. Chris is ranked amongst the top waterproofing professionals in the industry.
Chris is very hands-on with his work and has built strong relationships with clients across the board since co-founding Delta.
As a proactive member of Delta’s technical team, he has expertise in advising on a variety of projects of varying sizes. He leads from the front and is tactically and strategically strong. Chris specialises in all forms of waterproofing, working closely with both design teams and installing contractors.
Chris is familiar with a number of standards and works closely with his clients to help with compliance. He specialises in complex and problematic projects and is often involved in assisting clients develop and implement commercial strategies to reduce risk and cost during the construction phase.
Chris is a keen traveller and avid Arsenal football fan.
Kevin is Managing Director at Delta Membrane Systems Limited.
Kevin heads Delta’s business development, taking a strong active lead in product research and development, training, and knowledge exchange activities within the Waterproofing Sector.
He has a practical and pragmatic approach and has developed a formidable reputation among his clients and peers for effective waterproofing design.
Kevin has a successful history within the Structural Waterproofing Sector, bringing with him over 36 years’ experience, especially within regulated Structural Waterproofing and Waterproofing Design.
Kevin began his career at ARC as a Concrete Technician and later became a Southern sales representative where he ran the successful London leg of the business and undertook some prestigious projects. Kevin has spent over 30 years perfecting his knowledge within the Construction and Waterproofing Sector whilst expanding his business development skills.
Kevin has been at the forefront of developments within the Waterproofing Sector having been a valid committee member of the BSI BS8102 Review Committee 2009, BSI8102 Review Committee Chairman 2020/21 and the NHBC Task Group for the New Standards of Waterproofing of Basements and Other Below Ground Structures.
Kevin continues his roles as Chairman of the Basement Information Centre, Technical Committee, Chairman of the PCA Structural Waterproofing Group Steering Committee and Examiner for the CSSW qualification.
Delta’s North Technical Manager, Brian England CSSW is a Waterproofing Design Specialist with experience across all areas of the waterproofing industry, specialising in remedial approaches.
Brian’s time is focused on a variety of sectors from private residences to commercial developments.
Based in Wigan, Lancashire, Brian represents Delta in the Northwest of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Throughout Brian’s career, he has worked on a wealth of specialist projects, incorporating a number of different approaches from detailing to ground gas protection, and can provide advice on a wide range of waterproofing solutions.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys sports and spending time with his family.
Bob represents Delta in the North-East of England, specialising in structural waterproofing.
Bob is an industry qualified Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) with over 30 years’ experience in damp proofing, waterproofing and flood resilience.

Bob is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire and covers the whole of the North-East of England.
Delta’s South Technical Manager, Reece Catt is a CSSW qualified, Waterproofing Design Specialist. Reece specialises in both domestic and commercial waterproofing projects in London and the Southeast.
Reece has a solid track record in designing and advising on a wide range of solutions for waterproofing and remedial waterproofing approaches. Reece has a passion for technical approaches and uses his CAD experience in providing bespoke design processes.
Reece regularly presents to architects, specifiers, and other industry groups on a variety of waterproofing topics.
Reece is an avid Crystal Palace football fan and enjoyed spending free time with his young family.
Paul Callaghan is a CSSW Qualified Waterproofing Design Specialist.
Paul has an extensive background in structural waterproofing across a variety of roles from surveyor to contacts manager.
His experience on ‘the client’s side of the fence’ enables him to give innovative and pragmatic advice. He has particular knowledge of the challenges and conflicts faced by contractors and experience of finding practical solutions to resolve complex problems.
Paul has assisted on a variety of projects from large scale commercial projects through to small residential basements. His main focus is Type C waterproofing solutions but has equal experience in both Type A and Type B systems.
Paul also holds the CSRT qualification.
Away from the office, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors, from football to horse racing and travelling with family. Paul is a life-long Leyton Orient fan.
Georgia Burbridge is a CSSW Qualified, Waterproofing Design Specialist and heads Delta’s Specification Team.
Georgia has a keen interest in fostering connections with design teams by early involvement in both tender and secured projects.
Georgia guides professionals through the complexities of waterproofing design and specialises in combined waterproofing and ground gas protection systems. She aims to comprehensively understand the project requirements in order to provide proactive and personable advice which is commercially focused, cost-effective and tailored to project needs.
Georgia co-founded the Women of Waterproofing Networking Group and is an advocate for promoting equality and diversity in the waterproofing industry.
Georgia is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Constructors.
Jason Derry is a CSSW qualified Waterproofing Design Specialist.
Jason works within the office, specialising in technical advice. This has enabled him to develop a strong knowledge of product manufacturing.
Jason is responsible for technical training. He has significant experience in advising on a variety of areas from basement drainage to resin injection systems to clients, contractors, and technicians.
He works to achieve a variety of goals for clients in basement drainage solutions. Delivering on these goals involves helping clients specify and execute specifications on bespoke package pump stations.
Jason’s time is focused on contractors training, which includes on-site training, he also works closely with clients in trouble shooting and successful product mixing and application.
Outside of work, Jason is a keen angler and enjoys spending time with his family.
