COVID-19 Pandemic - Customer Support
During this uncertain period, our highest priority is the wellbeing of our customers, team members and everyone in the Delta community. Like most businesses, we are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and adapt accordingly.
Like us, you may be understandably concerned about the effect on you, your family, friends and your work during this rapidly developing situation.
We have taken the difficult decision of suspending all training courses until further notice. Those of you who are booked on our courses will be contacted directly and issued a full refund. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
There is currently no disruption to the supply of any goods or materials.
We’re here to support you and are committed to ensuring we help our customers and employees in the best ways that we can, as structural waterproofing specialists.
To minimize the risk associated with spreading the virus, while there are currently no known cases at Delta HQ, the following actions are immediately being taken to ensure we are able to maintain the continuity of business and services to our customers while protecting our community.
We shall be locking the door to Delta HQ – any customers wishing to drop in and purchase goods are welcome, we ask that you ring on arrival and someone will let you into the office.
We respectfully ask on arrival that you utilise the hand sanitisers in reception and dotted around the office and make full use of our restrooms for hand washing.
We will continue to follow guidelines on hand washing and sanitising measures, with regular through deep cleans throughout Delta HQ from our training rooms, meeting rooms to restrooms.
Rest assured that myself, Kevin, David and Brian and the #DeltaTeam are committed to providing a service that’s as close to ‘business as usual’ as possible and we intend to work through these challenges with you.
