The ‘CSSW’ Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing Examination Preparation course is particularly beneficial for those who have not recently sat an exam and wish to undertake the CSSW qualification.
Our 3 day intensive Structural Waterproofing Training course provides a comprehensive foundation when studying for the CSSW Qualification. We strongly recommend candidates attend the 2 day Examination Preparation course.
The pass rate for those who have attended the Examination Preparation course is substantially higher, compared with those that haven’t.
Days 1 & 2 can be booked individually.
Candidates who have already passed the CSRT Legal and Health & Safety exam are exempt from this examination and not required to attend the Day 1 Examination Preparation Course.
Day 1 – Legal and Health & Safety Examination Preparation
This day will cover the legal aspects of surveying and report writing which will form part of both the Waterproofing and Health & Safety Legal (Module 1) examinations. Past papers from recent module 1 examinations are considered and examined giving attention to approaching questions and understanding the same. Full guidance will be given in preparing for the CSSW Examination. Homework will be set and candidates will be set mock questions on Day 2.
Day 2 – CSSW Examination Preparation
The format of the Waterproofing examination paper will be explained. We aim to cover past examination papers and discuss answers to questions that have been posed in recent years. Associated information to ensure full understanding of all concepts involved. ‘Homework’ issued on Day 1 will be reviewed and the trainer will be able to offer further advice and guidance helping candidates maximise their pass potential.
Candidates undergo a ‘mock’ examination using past papers and have the opportunity to practise answering questions as they prepare for their oral examination. Candidates work through a number of past examination papers with the course tutor and have the chance to resolve any issues they may be unsure of.
The Examination Preparation Course offers candidates advice and guidance from experts in the industry. Every student is offered support is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Attending this training alone does not entitle the attendee to attain the CSSW qualification.
