Delta Registered Installers, Onyx Basement Services were appointed to assist on an exciting new development, in London.  The project scope was to offer waterproofing design and installation to a large-scale below ground project consisting of a 3-storey deep basement to a residential building, once complete will comprise of fifty-nine residential units, along with a communal gym and cinema room.

The scope of the project was to transform a period family home’s existing dark basement, into a modern, light, gym facility.

Delta Registered Installers, Pure Basement Systems were appointed as Waterproofing Specialists to undertake both the waterproofing design and installation of the waterproofing solution to this project.

Delta Registered Installers, Oaks Damp Proofing Co Ltd were engaged to assist on an exciting new development, in London.  The project scope was to offer waterproofing design and installation to a warehouse facility.  The 33,000 square foot structure would offer 107 separate dwellings once complete.  The project requirements sought for a sympathetic renovation of an existing basement and back of house comms areas.

When it comes to structures, waterproofing and retrofitting waterproofing solutions is a critical element for protecting a structure and preserving its value.  Poor waterproofing (from design to installation) can cause numerous issues.  

The scope of this project was to replace a above ground level pool house (a dated timber structure), with a below ground one. Included in the design was to provide an entrance staircase visible to a grassed area with the pool and tennis courts behind. The project brief included a plant room (servicing the main pool and hot tub), WC and changing area.
